About Me
Adriana de Lima Mello
For over 21 years I have been caring for mothers, babies and families. I am passionate about newborn and maternal care, with extensive experience in the field. I started my career at one of the largest maternity hospitals in South America, then ran my own clinic for 6 years in Brazil.
Based in Portugal since 2019, I have supported over 400 families through pregnancy, birth, postpartum and breastfeeding. I am a Registered Nurse, Perinatal Educator and International Board Certified Lactation Consultant (IBCLC). I combine my personal experience with my professional training to offer specialist support.
I believe every family is unique and deserves personalised, respectful and compassionate care. My goal is for every mother to feel safe, confident and supported during this very special time in life.
